Chechen State University has become one of the main venues for the event. In total, the event was held in 80 places in the Republic. About 1,500 people took part in the face-to-face test, and about 500 residents of the Republic checked their knowledge on the site. Participants had to answer 25 questions within 45 minutes. The questions were formed by the professional community and covered different periods of the Great Patriotic War. The evaluation criteria are simple: the maximum number of correct answers in the minimum time. "The popularity of "Dictation of Victory " has increased this year, which is why the sites were organized in all regions of the Republic. I would also like to note the high organization of the event in the capital of the region. Grozny is a city of military glory in Russia. More than 100 thousand inhabitants of multinational Grozny defended the city's oil resources and were not surrendered to the enemy during the Great Patriotic War. And today we participate in the test, making a personal contribution to the preservation of this great history» said the head of the Regional Executive Committee of the Chechen Regional Department of the party, the Deputy Secretary of the Chechen Regional Branch of " United Russia" Adlan Dinaev. "Dictation of Victory" is intended to preserve the historical truth about the Great Patriotic War and increase the historical literacy of participants. For the first time, the event was held on May 7, 2019 in all 85 regions of the Russian Federation, as well as in 23 foreign countries. The participation in the "Dictation of Victory" is also important for future applicants. High results based on the results of the test will be included in the number of individual achievements of the applicant. For a well-passed "Dictation of Victory", they can get up to 10 additional points, depending on the university. "Dictation of Victory" is an important event for every citizen of our country.
