The project of the Accreditation and Simulation Training Center is implemented by the Chechen State University with the direct participation of the Ministry of Health of the Chechen republic. The opening ceremony of the Accreditation and Simulation Training Senter of the Chechen State University was attended by the rector of the Chechen State University Zaurbek Saidov, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Andrey Omelchuk, Chairman Of The Government Of The Chechen Republic Muslim Khuchiev, Deputy Chairman Of The Government Of The Chechen Republic Vakhit Usmaev, Minister of Education and Science of the Chechen Republic Idris Baysultanov, Minister of Health of the Chechen Republic Elkhan Suleymanov, and also by students, guests and staff of the center.

Chechen State University confidently follows the Path of the First President of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov. It contributes to the development of the region with the support of Honorary Professor of the university, Head of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov. Nowadays, the Chechen State University is a competitive scientific and educational network of the latest generation, that includes all levels of education. The opening of the Training Center will allow the university to provide more high-quality educational services. The ceremony was opened with a welcoming speech by the Holder of the Order of Kadyrov, Assistant to the Head of the Chechen Republic, Rector of the Chechen State University Saidov Zaurbek Aslanbekovich.

– Chechen State University is currently at the forefront of development. The Training Center, which we are opening today, is a modern facility that was designed for training and accreditation of medical students, doctors, and middle medical personal, and also for regional, national, and international forums on education and science. To accomplish this purpose, the center is provided with modern world-class high-tech equipment and all the necessary infrastructure, - said the rector of the Chechen State University Zaurbek Saidov.

The Center has 26 stations for accreditation and 16 departments for simulation training, 1 test, and 3 training rooms. The facility is one of the largest in Russia and can compete with the leading federal centers in this area in terms of its equipment.

– Following the path of the first President of the Chechen Republic Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov, in last years, we have executed a large-scale program for the development of healthcare. As a result of this program, the working conditions of medical professionals have been improved, the material and the technical base has been significantly updated, and modern informational technologies are being introduced to clinics and hospitals. The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, pays special attention to providing high-quality medical care for the population. In our republic are steadily developing both medicine and medical education. So far, our doctors have had to go to other regions for accreditation. With the opening of the new center, they will be able to get qualified quickly and efficiently, – said the Chairman of the Government of the Chechen Republic, Muslim Khuchiev.

The Training Center is equipped with the newest equipment for testing diagnostic and therapeutic manipulations, which will allow for the retraining of practicing doctors. Also, the Training Center will conduct programs to improve the level of professional training of medical specialists using modern educational and simulation technologies. The establishment of the Accreditation and Simulation Training Centre matches the goals of the national "Healthcare" project.

– The opening of this Training Center would not have been possible without the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The Chechen Republic, which pays great attention to higher education, also played an important role in this. This is of great importance both for the university and the training medical personnel and for the whole republic as a whole. Due to the equipment of the Training Center, the Chechen Republic can become a place that attracts specialists from other regions. The ACC is a good start for the development of medical education in the region, – said Andrey Omelchuk.

The ACC building with an area of more than 5000 sq. m. is located on the street Butyrina Street, 3B. The Accreditation and Simulation Training Center will be one of the largest institutions in Russia, which will be able to compete with the leading federal institutions in this area in terms of its equipment. Thanks to the ACC, doctors in the region will be able to improve their skills and receive accreditation without leaving the republic.
