Bulletin of Chechen state University

Chechen State University is currently at the forefront of scientific research and innovation. Having a rich history and long-established traditions, Chechen State University focuses its efforts on implementing the latest scientific achievements and innovative technologies as well as aims to employ modern forms and methods for training competitive specialists in demand not only in the Chechen Republic but in the whole of the country. The high intellectual potential of the academic and administrative staff allows Chechen State University to take an active part in developing science and innovation, in the processes of reinforcing the position of Russian higher education, in fostering a new generation of professionals much needed in the contemporary environment.

The “Vestnik Chechenskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta” (“Chechen State University Bulletin”) Science and Analytics Journal includes two research fields: economics studies and law studies. The periodical is established at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Chechen State University” in 2007.

The “Vestnik Chechenskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta” Journal is a publication with an edition periodicity of 4 times a year and has a constant number of pages, format and weight. The number of articles in the issue is determined by the set volume. The articles are published after a review in accordance with international standards in the order of receipt. The Journal reflects the most significant results of scientific research in the fields of economics and law.

The Journal’s Editor-in-Chief is Rector of Chechen State University, Doctor of Law, Member of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Zaurbek Aslanbekovich Saidov.

“Vestnik Chechenskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta” possesses an ISSN number. According to the list approved by the Decree of Russian Federation Government, federal samples of the “Vestnik Chechenskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta” are disseminated through the Russian Book Chamber to the Russian State Library and other central libraries, scientific and information institutions of Russia.

“Vestnik Chechenskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta” is registered in the media list of the Federal Service for Monitoring in the Field of Mass Communications and it has a registration certificate. An agreement is signed with the Russian Online Science Library for making a full-text version of the Journal available for open access.

The “Vestnik Chechenskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta” Journal is a permanent participant of the project named “Russian Index of Scientific Citation”. The system receives information about published articles regularly and in the prescribed form. The system of online submission and review of articles is being introduced. The authors of the journal articles have the opportunity to determine their citation index in Russian scientific journals while the journal can check its the impact factor, which currently stands at 0.304. The “Vestnik Chechenskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta” publication provides its authors with a chance to integrate the new fundamental results they have obtained into the modern international scientific and information space.
