Science and Innovation

The Chechen State University named after A.A. Kadyrov continues the process of modernization of the research process and innovation activities aimed at the development of fundamental and applied research in priority areas of development of science and technology of the Russian Federation; modernization of the system of promotion and commercialization of R&D results and protection of rights to intellectual property.

Activities related to the modernization of the research process and innovation activities in the university are focused on the following main directions:

• creation of centers that ensure a high level of research in accordance with the priority directions of development of science, technology and engineering, as well as the main critical technologies developed at the university;
• increasing the innovation activity;
• creation of effective management system of the research process;
• integration of education, science and business in order to commercialize and develop the scientific and technical potential of the university;
• assistance in development, production, implementation and output to the international market of innovative high-tech products and technologies, created on the basis of potential of the university research departments.

Creation of sectoral centers of scientific and technological development (SC STD) is planned to unite efforts of the main participants of the development process of the Chechen Republic, the Russian Federation - representatives of authorities, companies, municipalities, public movements, civil associations, communities of scientists and experts. Thematic content of their activities is determined in accordance with the program documents of forecasting the development of science, technology and engineering, and relevant critical technologies in the Chechen Republic, the Russian Federation.
